We do not sell personal information for money

Romeo Wilde does not sell personal information for money. We do let advertising partners set cookies, if you allow them, so ads elsewhere can relate to how you browse here. Some U.S. state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, treat that as a “sale” or “sharing.”

Open Cookie settings and turn Advertising off to opt out. In the United States those cookies are on until you opt out, and a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as that opt-out. Outside the United States they stay off until you accept them.

Cookie settings

• Required cookies keep the cart, sign-in, and these choices working. They stay on.
• Analytics cookies tell us which pages and products people look at. You can turn them off.
• Advertising cookies are the ones covered by “do not sell or share.” Turning them off does not stop every ad. It stops ads based on your activity on this site.

You can also block cookies in your browser. Blocking the required ones will break the cart and sign-in. The full account of what we collect is in the Privacy Policy.

Mailing list

If you joined the list, you can leave from the unsubscribe link in any message, or by writing to hello@romeowilde.com. Order emails still go out after you leave the list.

California and other U.S. states

If you live in California, you may ask what personal information we collect, for a copy, for a correction, or for deletion, and you may opt out of sharing for advertising. You will not be treated differently for asking.

Residents of other states with privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah, have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising. We follow the law of the state where you live.

Outside the United States

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another place with data protection laws, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, a copy, or a limit on processing, and you may withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local authority. Optional cookies stay off until you accept them.

How to ask

Write to hello@romeowilde.com or use the contact page. Include your name, the email on the order or account, where you live, and the right you want to use. We may need to confirm it is you. We answer within the time the law gives us.

Someone else may ask for you if the law allows an agent. They need to show they are authorized, and we may still ask you to confirm.
