Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $8, and it is complimentary on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping is $15. Most orders ship within two business days. The estimate at checkout is the one for that order. More is on the shipping page.
Can I return an order?
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tags should stay attached, and the original packaging should be used when possible. Underwear may only be returned if it is unopened and in its original packaging. Write through the contact page with your order number to start a return. Details are on the returns page.
How do I choose a size?
The Everyday and Performance boxer briefs share one size run. Measure where the band will sit, and if you are between sizes, take the larger one. The size guide lists each waist in inches.
