The boxer brief and the trunk share one size run. The waist below is where the band sits, in inches.
Measure around your waist where the band will sit, and keep the tape level. If you are between sizes, take the larger one.

The brief follows the thigh. The trunk ends sooner. Both are low rise, with a contoured pouch.
